Sometimes you have to fall back

In life we have to make so many decisions – some easy and some hard – but until we master the ability to distinguish between what we want from what others want from/for us we can never make our BEST decisions. We live in a world that is full of demands. There are demands placed on us from our jobs, homes, schools and church families, but I believe our greatest demands come from ourselves and the false ideas of who we should be and what we should be doing or what we should have accomplished by now, etc. There’s always that standard, person or certain reality we measure ourselves by that for some reason seems more important then the person we actually are. Antibacterial risks outweigh health benefits

When it comes to fighting germs, old fashioned soap and water has proven to outweigh daily and long term health risks.  On September 2, 2016, the FDA announced their ruling to remove active ingredient triclosan and triclocarban from marketed antibacterial hand and body washes. Chicago Mass Choir is a staple in Gospel music across the nation and around the world. This year, Chicago Mass Choir hit the road on their Summer of Praise Tour creating a joyful noise wherever they stopped. The Gospel Music Association (GMA) Dove Awards announced, September 1, nominations for 2016 and the Chicago Mass Choir has been nominated for two awards. Whether a television appearance or festival performance, Chicago Mass Choir ultimate goal is point their audience to the One, who made it possible for them to reach the masses, God.
